Join our engaging and educational strength training class for kids ages: 13 to 18.
In our class the participants will learn the essentials of proper exercise form, cardio, free weight and machine usage along with gym etiquette.
Our classes are led by certified instructors that will help guide the group through age-appropriate exercises and will emphasize the importance of proper technique to prevent injury.
Join us as we empower our groups to develop strength, confidence and lifelong healthy habits.
