Boot Camp

This class is a comprehensive basic training course that consists of doing push-ups, jumping jacks, squats, plyometrics, weight training and various cardio exercises.

Cardio Camp

A challenging full-body workout focusing on cardio, flexibility, and strength that includes cardio intervals and 15 minutes of core exercise.

Cycling

Group Spinning is for all fitness levels and is designed for beginning riders up to spinning enthusiasts. This class has minimal impact and allows you to vary your intensity level using the bicycle’s resistance knob. This class provides you with a great cardio workout that challenges your lower body! All spinning participants should bring a bottle of water and a towel to class.

HIIT Training

HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active recovery periods.  This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.  This is good for fat loss, cardio and full body health.

Muscle Mix

This class utilizes free weights, bands, tubing and medicine balls to develop overall muscle tone. Emphasis is placed on strengthening the core muscle groups to improve posture and balance while creating a more toned and fit looking body.

SilverSneakers Classic

Improves strength, flexibility, posture, and balance. Exercise at your own pace with resistance tools including bands, balls, and weights.

SilverSneakers Stability

Stability is the newest class designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee, and hip joints, while improving your reaction time. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level. It can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. A chair may be used for balance and support.

Tai Chi & Tai Chi Easy

The Tai Chi Program is designed to improve the quality of life for all people. Intro to Tai Chi is gaining popularity as an evidence-based and cost-effective health intervention that works for any population. It used slow and careful movement without strain to strengthen the body's own healing forces and is medically proven to support disease prevention, accelerate healing and reduce stress.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

A slow to medium paced class that emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa class is a moving meditation in which you will flow through sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and end with cool down poses.

Helps to improve blood circulation, restore hormonal imbalances, improve strength and balance, improve digestion, integrate awareness, alignment, flexibility and grace.

Gentle Yoga

This class is great for everyone! It will include yoga postures to strengthen and stretch, improve flexibility, repair the muscles that need love and calm your mind. A wonderful way to relive stress and feel nurtured. Gentle yoga offers you the space and time to feel every movement that you’re doing.

Whether you’re new to yoga, recovering from an injury, an athlete experiencing general soreness or someone who works on computer all day, try this class to release the tension from your mind and body with simple yoga postures.

Barre

A style of fitness that combines elements of Dance, Pilates, and Yoga into one workout that offers full-body strength training. The barre is used as a support for some exercises, but also a chair or other supports can be used. Barre is a low-impact workout focusing on engaging the core and smaller body parts. The muscles in each group are fatigued via small, targeted movements, high numbers of repetitions, and light weight or resistance. Because you are spending a good amount of time in each shape to really wear out the muscles, you also can truly feel what part of your body you are supposed to be activating and strengthening.

Step Aerobics

A classic cardio workout. The step is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns. Step aerobics has all the benefits of a high-intensity cardio workout without putting stress on your joints. It improves overall fitness using your legs, upper body, and core, building strength and flexibility, reducing fat, and boosting cardiovascular health. It also improves balance, coordination, and agility. Research has even shown that doing step aerobics can boost mood and energy levels. Step aerobics moves range from simple to advanced. The most basic is a step-up, step-down. Once you get more experienced, you do moves that take you over the top and around the step forwards, sideways, and backwards.

High Fitness

Aerobics is Back! Bigger, Better, HIGHer!

Experience more than just a work out! HIGH fitness is simple, intense, consistent, inclusive, and fun! HIGH gets participants addicted and coming back for more! HIGH takes old-school aerobics to the next level with modern fitness techniques such as hiit training, plyometrics, intervals of strength and cardio, and more. You can go high or you can go low, but you will always leave feeling HIGH
