Tiny Tot Sports

Tiny Tots is a program designed for boys and girls to learn and enjoy sports taught in a 6-week session. This program runs year round with each sport specific to the season and weather. The programs first 3 weeks are instructional and specific to the sport we are teaching. We focus on basic skills and rules of the game. We also work on age-appropriate skills such as taking turns, standing in line and following directions.

Tiny Tot T-Ball (ages 3-5)

Instruction will concentrate on basic skills such as hitting, running, fielding and throwing. All of our participants need to bring a glove. Practice will be held for the 1st three weeks and conclude with games on the last three weeks. Classes are 45 minutes in length.

Tiny Tot Football (ages 4-6)

Instruction will concentrate on basic skills such as catching and throwing. Practice will be held the 1st three weeks and conclude with games on the last three weeks. The YMCA will provide a jersey for each child. Classes are 45 minutes in length.

Tiny Tot Soccer (ages 3-5)

Instruction will concentrate on basic skills such as dribbling, trapping, and shooting. Practice will be held for the 1st three weeks and conclude with scrimmages on the last three weeks. All children must have their own shin guards and a No. 3 soccer ball. Price includes a t-shirt. Classes are 45 minutes in length.

Tiny Tot Basketball (ages 4-6)

Instruction will concentrate on basic skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting. Practice will be held for the first 3 weeks and conclude with games on the last 3 weeks. The YMCA provides a junior basketball for each child.

Iron Kids

This program is designed to start teaching children the importance and proper structure of an exercise or training program. The classes will focus on areas such as warm-up, flexibility, mobility, running mechanics, agility, full-body strength, and core work. The class is instructed by our Personal Trainer, Brandon.

Sessions: 10/08/2024 - 11/21/2024 (NO CLASS 10/31)
Days/Times: Tuesday's 6:30p-7:30p 

                     Thursday's 6:00p-7:00p
