When you become a member of Lakota Family YMCA, you are joining an organization that believes in and promotes active and healthy lifestyles, progressive skill development, family, fair play, and character development.

The YMCA is a worldwide membership organization. Lakota Family YMCA participates in Nationwide Membership. As a Lakota Family YMCA member, you can participate in programming at discounted rates or at no charge, and receive priority registration for programs.

* The 12-month term may be waived when you obtain a letter from your previous YMCA stating that you were a member in good standing for more than 12-months. Your previous membership cannot be expired for more than one year. Lakota Y Members who left in good standing may also be eligible.

Family - Two adults residing in the same household and all dependent children through the age of 18 and unmarried dependent children through the age of 27 who are full-time students.
Household Plus - For two or more related adults (father, mother, sister, etc.) residing in the same house and their dependent children.
Single - 18 - 55 years
Senior Single - 55 years and over
Senior Couple - Two adults residing in the same household with one individual being 55 or over.
All dues are subject to sales tax.
Lakota Family YMCA participates in Military Outreach. Please contact the Membership Director M-F 8:30a-5p to find out if you qualify.
Within its available resources, Lakota Family YMCA will provide services to anyone who desires to participate in our programs and membership regardless of his/her ability to pay. Partial financial assistance will be awarded to those who can demonstrate their inability to pay the full fee.
NOTE: College memberships must pay the full amount up front. This membership runs through Memorial Day-Labor Day. To qualify you must be a full-time student (registered for at least 12 credit hours) at an accredited college or university. You must bring a current course schedule at registration.
To CANCEL your membership, you must fall within the criteria
Been a Member in Good Standing for 12 consecutive months or have a Letter of Good Standing on file waiving your term.
Move outside of the service area and provide proof of residency.
Fill out and return Cancellation Form to the Membership Director by the 15th of the month.
If received before the 15th of the month, your membership will terminate at the end of the current month.
If received after the 15th of the month, your membership will terminate at the end of the next month.
