This program is designed to start teaching children the importance and proper structure of an exercise or training program. The classes will focus on areas such as warm-up, flexibility, mobility, running mechanics, agility, full body strength, and core work.

Ages: 8-12

The class is taught by Certified Personal Trainer, Brandon Clement.

Registration opens two weeks before the session dates

  • Days: Wednesday
  • Time: 5:00—5:45pm
  • Member Fee: $60 per session
  • Non-member Fee: $90 per session
