IRON KIDS FLYER (pdf)        

This program is designed to start teaching children the importance and proper structure of an exercise or training program. The classes will focus on areas such as warm-up, flexibility, mobility, running mechanics, agility, full-body strength, and core work.

Session: April 11th - May 16th 

Times:  Tuesday's 6:30p-7:30p

Ages: 8-12

The class is taught by Certified Personal Trainer
