This program is designed to start teaching children the importance and proper structure of an exercise or training program. The classes will focus on areas such as warm-up, flexibility, mobility, running mechanics, agility, full-body strength, and core work.

Session: September 19 - October 27

Times:  Monday's 5:15p-6:15p, Tuesday's 6:30p-7:30p, Thursday's 6:30p-7:30p or Friday's 5:00p-6:00p

Ages: 8-12

The class is taught by Certified Personal Trainer

Registration opens two weeks before the session dates
